Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Report to: Managing Director, APAC


Location: Wuxi

Responsibility:
? Responsible for sales development in a defined region; Enhance existing business relation and develop/create new business opportunity for the whole products range;
? Responsible for pricing (based on guidelines) and responsible to maintain a marketing info database related to potential customers, competitors price evolution, China regulations
? Contribute to establish / create aftermarket business in China;
? Propose a sales & marketing budget;
? Implementation of the Company Values, Mission, Vision and Strategic Choices.


Professional experience:

? University degree (technical), MBA preferred
? Good command of oral and written English
? Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in commercial vehicle industry;
? Strong track record in successful sales and marketing management in automotive industry;
? Good understanding on OEM’s sales;
? Some experience in aftermarket sales is preferred;
? Good leadership and presentation skills.


Education: Bachelor degree, MBA is a plus.

Language:
？ Good command of speaking, listening, reading and writing English competence.
