Job description
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Plan and implement strategy to achieve team targets within the assigned area; Monitor sales activities & results, follow up
sales plan and make necessary adjustment to area sale strategy. Be responsible for area financial results
- Task breakdown annual sales goal to individual team member; manage and follow-up sales performance and effectiveness; improve team efficiency and overall team competency by coaching
- Lead and manage key projects. Lead sales engineer to maintain relationship with high-levels of dealers and key accounts.
- Communicate internally with service team and marketing team to smooth the sales operation.
- Report accurately and timely

Mission
Implementation of aftermarket sales actions and activities in the assigned region to maximize customer values of aftermarket products.

Experience requirements

-More than 5 years experience in technical or sales field at a machinery company, of which 3 years experience in compressor industry
-Familiar with CTS products and sales process.

Knowledge
Good PC knowledge & English

Educational requirements
-Major in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
Personality requirements
-Strong interpersonal communication and sales management skills.
-Willing to travel.
