招聘职位: 物流部操作 库存管理
Position: Operation (Inventory Control) of Project & Contract Logistics
工作职责 / Key responsibilities:
1.负责 物流仓库的日常库存管理
In charge of general daily warehouse inventory management
2.负责仓库现场每天的盘点计划和年度盘点计划
Daily warehouse cycle count;
3.仓库库存报表的整理和汇总
Warehouse inventory data collection and reports maintains
4.系统数据的维护和更新
System Maintains including LFS; Eclipse
5.与客户沟通及时处理相关库存方面的盘点和调整
Keep close contact with customer to deal any inventory inquiry
6.与其他客服人员配合，及时沟通处理现场出入库相关事宜
Support other customer service for any warehouse onsite issues
7.与各个部门或代理保持良好的合作关系，能够独立办理相关业务；
Liaise and cooperate with different departments and vendors smoothly to make sure related tasks conducted independently;
技能要求/ Requirements/Qualifications:
1.大学本科及以上学历，贸易及物流相关专业
Bachelor degree, major in logistics/international trade related preferable;
2.二年以上工作经验，
Over 1 year working experiences in related area;
3.具有相关仓储方面经验
Good quality and responsible;
4.工作细致，责任感强；
Good English in both Oral and written;
5.良好的英文沟通和读写能力；
Good communication skills, and independent problem-solving capability;
6.有良好的沟通能力，能够独立解决问题；
Good analytical skills and executive ability;
7.较强的分析、判断和执行能力；
Computer literate and excellent in Microsoft office, include Excel, Word PPT etc;
8.熟悉计算机操作，良好的应用Microsoft Office Excel, Word PPT etc.
