Responsibilities 工作职责：

Drive continuous plan & improve existing semi parts in cooperation with purchasing & production team, achieve KPI requirements.

和生产部门及采购团队合作推动当前外协加工半成品零件的持续改进,完成KPI目标要求。

- Optimize existing semi parts drawings.

优化现有外协零部件半成品图.

- On site communicate with supplier for process issues.

现场沟通处理供应商工艺技术问题。

-Study and evaluate machining process on a regular basis, both LSCNJ internal and supplier,

to reduce machining cost, reduce CT, and increase OEE.

周期性地研究评估LSCNJ内部及外部供应商的加工工艺,降低加工成本，减少CT, 提高OEE.

In charge of development and planning of new semi parts, complete the target plan on time.

负责新生外协半成品零部件的开发和规划，按时完成目标计划。

-Study new products drawings with LSCNJ work planner together to define specifications of

the semi parts.

研究新产品图纸，与LSCNJ工艺工程师一起确定半成品零件状态。

- Assist supplier to define machining process after deeply evaluation of semi parts together.

与外协供应商一起研究半成品图纸，协助供应商确定加工工艺

- Create new semi parts drawings.

创建新生零件半成品图。

-Responsible for PFMEA actions of semi parts, reduce production failure risk, defined

correction plan and implement.

负责半成品零件PFMEA工作，减少产品失效风险, 确定预防计划并实施。

- Coordination the new semi parts ramp up production.

协调新生半成品前期的批量生产。

Responsible for technical supports of related products, achieve corporate quality objective.

相关产品的技术支持,完成共同的质量目标。

-Technical support for R&D to define finishing design drawings.

从工艺角度对 R&D 设计成品图纸进行支持。

- Communicate with quality department about semi parts quality control.

与质量部门沟通半成品零部件质量控制问题。

Qualification required任职资格要求：

Education学历

- Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical engineering major.

机械相关专业本科或以上学历。

Skills 技能

- Strong technical background and sound knowlege of current manufacturing technologies.

优秀的技术背景，熟悉现有生产技术。

- Good knowledge in FMEA, control plan, and process audit.

对质量管理工具FMEA，控制计划以及过程审核有良好的理论基础和实际应用经验。

-Excellent practice skills of engineering design software Pro-e is special requirement.

优秀的工程设设计软件Pro-e的实际应用能力是必需的条件。

- Good English or German language skills.

良好的英语或德语沟通能力。

- PC und EDP skills (MS Office, SAP, AUTOCAD).

Work Experience 工作经验

- Minimum 3 years work experience in process engineering in machining industry.
