Job Objective:
Radio network Service Engineer is to be responsible for delivery of radio network design and radio network optimization service. He/she will work in China and Northeast Asia to deliver services and achieve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for GSM/WCDMA/LTE radio network planning and optimization services delivery
• Be responsible for providing support to develop service products/tools
• Be responsible for providing technical support to pre-sales activities
• Providing RF support to technical trial of new technology
• Around 75% working time will travel outside Beijing

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor of Science certificate in Telecommunications/Computer Area or equivalent.
• Skilled communicator: besides fluent in Chinese, good command of English (spoken + written)
• Good adaptability and quick learner of new technical knowledge is essential.
• Good communication skills with ability to work in multi-ethnical environment.
• Experience in radio network design and optimization projects will be preferred
• Proven knowledge of software development will be a plus
• Be proactive, self motivated and work independently
• Be open minded and well structured
• Be customer orientated
• Ability and willing to traveling within and outside China
• A good team player
