The portfolio manager works with Regional Portfolio Management, located in Beijing.
The portfolio manager will define a profitable OSS and NMS product portfolio in China for one or more of the technologies GSM, WCDMA, LTE, Common Core, IPT-NMS, and IMS. This includes products and features for "end user service monitoring" and "network optimization features and products". It also includes defining HW roadmap and HW new product introduction.
The Portfolio Manager works in a team that has full responsibility for all O&M solutions with market unit China.
The Portfolio Manager will also define and promote added value O&M products and solutions. These are products that adds value to the operator on top of network element O&M products. The area of addon O&M products is growing, and is expected to increase the profits for both the operators and for Ericsson.
The Portfolio Manager provide Technical Sales Support to CBC National Accounts and Regional Offices, and to Japan and Korea.
Overall we want to strengthen the total network offering and increase revenue both for total network sales and for OSS and NMS sales.
The Portfolio Manager is responsible for:
· Management of the OSS/NMS product portfolio for China. This includes Product portfolio definition, New product introduction, Product phase out, Technical Sales Support in China, Pre-bid, bid, and post-bid support
· Management of O&M addon products and services. This includes products and features for "end user service monitoring" and "network optimization features and products".
· Collection and handling of market requirements
· Define HW roadmap for the OSS and NMS contracts and deployments
· Solution positioning of OSS Optimization features for radio networks
· Relevant interaction with Strategic Product Management in PARA and DUIB
· The Product Manager will follow related company policies and in particular Prioritise customer and product requirements and define O&M roadmap.
The Portfolio Manager works in a team of O&M product managers that together define the complete O&M solutions for China Market Unit.
The unit is growing both in terms of products, services and staff, so the candidate must be willing to work with change.

1.QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCIES.
· MSc., BSc. EE or similar
· Strong social capability and good communication skill
· Experience in the telecommunication
· Experience in NMS products
· Experience in IP products
· Experience in Operation and Maintenance product for telecommunication systems
· Good oral/written English.
· Fast learning of new technology
· Have good ability to draw conclusions from complex technical data.
