Description
Being for assigned CSR responsible for that an answer is given to the customer within the required time limit.
To carry out support activities
To actively look at ways of increasing own competence
To involve in the investigation of system problems
To develop a professional relationship with the customers
To be aware of the companies business objectives
To log Customer Service Requests (CSRs)
To carry out those work which is assigned to him

Qualifications
Adequate degree in telecommunications within the Telecom or similar industry
At least 3 years working experience in Technical Support area
Ability to work well in a team
Good command of English both in writing and conversation
Willingness to travel as required
Good PC skills and ability to handle tools used in the department
