Description
- New employees on board arrangement.
- Assist to managers and the department in Visa, PO, Financial Claims, etc.
- Organize activities, such as team buildings, workshops and conferences regularly.
- Interfacing and communicating with vendors to provide relative service.
- Analyze statistics and draft reports monthly for department.
- Maintain the department website.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in English and relevant areas are preferred
- Be familiar with Microsoft office, especially word and excel.
- Good computer skill
- English should be better, both in oral and writing, especially in writing
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Be patient, careful& active. Service mind is top important.
