职位描述
Planning
? Own Core annual sales plan for the responsible accounts. Work with Regional Marketing, RD and Franchise Ops to develop the annual Core business plan including POS expansion, assortment planning and retail operations plan to achieve the best POS expansion, productivity and consumer satisfaction for responsible accounts
? Prepare for Core future order sales program based on sales policies and SI, ST data analysis
? Forecast Core product flow by season for all accounts in responsible market based on historical product flow and selling points (product v. range)
? Plan and monitor SS inventory status
? Work with SF AM on planning Core sub-franchise sell-in plan
Management
? Manage and execute Core sales plan for responsible accounts
? Work closely with regional retail development, regional marketing and franchise operations teams to ensure execution quality and a consistent presentation in front of customers
? Report market intelligence to sales management on a regular basis
? Control Core inventory ratio and structure
Financial
? Be responsible for overall Core sales and retail performance for responsible accounts
? Manage and maintain a healthy A/R balance
Systems and Processes
? Execute and follow up on future order sales/shipping plan of Core channel by season
? Develop & maintain an in-depth awareness of Core inventory structure, with the goal of providing timely support for each customer’s retail inventories
? Follow sales calls process and report to senior sales managers in a timely manner
? Provide a consistent and reliable point of contact for all Core sales-related services, as well as a reference point for all other customer service related issues
