Overview:
Responsible for customer service and care for overseas Alibaba paid members for the purpose of improving members’ online performance and thus members’ satisfaction and retention.
Job duties:
1. To provide professional post-sales VIP service and build strong customer relationship to our existing members mainly via email and telephone. Accept occasional night shift(two night shifts a week).
2. To give regular outbound consultative calls and emails to train the members on basic account operation and provide members with operational tips to improve members’ online performance.
3. To resolve members’ inbound queries and complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
4. To proactively bring forward members’ suggestions and feedback on our services for product development purpose.
5. To ensure customer service standards is met or exceeded.
岗位要求:
1. Must speak Fluent English
2. Experienced in customer service or account management, preferably in online B2B products/service.
3. Detailed minded in nailing down the execution and keeping on monitoring
4. Passionate, initiative, creative and can embrace change well
5. Good communication and presentation skills
Other requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- 2 years or above experience in customer service is required
- Outbound service experience is preferred
- Top performer within the current or previous organization is preferred
