岗位职责:
1. A supervisor is responsible to give teams and team members prerequisites to do their work and achieve targets by acting as an coach and enabler.
1)Operative responsible so that products and services are preformed and delivered in time, within specification using the right amount of resources regarding material, machines, personnel and taking care of the environment.
Secure that the team understands the direction (mission, vision, strategy, targets, rules, safety laws and regulations).
Act according to and communicate the company philosophy and the Volvo Cars Manufacturing’s 15 principles.
2. Perform all first line manager tasks concerning personnel- and finance management.
1)Responsible for the target setting process of his/her teams.
2)Follow up results in the own teams and help prioritizing when necessary.
3)Works actively with cost awareness mindset within his/her teams.
4)Secures that laws, regulations and procedures are followed.
5)Ensure right manning on short and long term.
6)Actively contribute to the department activity plan.
7)Responsible for VCMS implementation by following up the result and train the Team members in methods and tools.
8)Supervisor is the primary coach for his/her Team Leaders and team members.
9)Coaches and supports his/her teams and makes sure they have the right conditions and prerequisites for their job.
10)It’s the Supervisors responsibility to assure that the operators can do their job with the right quality and speed.
11)It′s the Supervisors responsibility to secure back-up of the teamleader in case of absence.
12)Secures the right competence for the Team leader and team.
13)Secures that everybody contributes to the team’s performance, according to the Autonomous Management team-concept.
14)Ensure a good communication and co-operation with and between the Team members, other teams and the relevant support functions. 15)Provides framework for teams to generate ideas and Improvement. Assists team with implementation of ideas where appropriate. 16)Makes sure the problems that occur within his/her teams are taken care of. 17)Approve the non-operational tasks assigned to the team and make sure that they contribute to help the team carry out their operational tasks more lean and efficient.

1.University degree or equivalent (Master or Bachelor)
2.Excellent oral/written English.
3.Minimum 3 years experience as manager in a production environment.
4.Experience & knowledge from automotive industry or equivalent in the area's:
1)Manufacturing processes (Final assembly)
2)Quality Systems
3)Production/logistics systems
5.Good knowledge of MS windows and MS office applications.
6.Strong team player and relationship builder. Good interpersonal skills. Self-motivator and flexible.
7.Skilled in leadership and coaching, being able to motivate, teach and encourage people
8.Good leadership and networking skills, a holistic view and a strong drive for result
9.High communication and negotiation skills.
10.High analytical and problem solving skills.
11.Creative and innovative thinking.
12.Able to work efficiently under high pressure.
