Mission:

-Provide day to day after sales service to achieve the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction, which in turn shall lead to sustainable profitable growth.

Major responsibilities:

l.Provide commissioning service & operation instruction in site for customers

-To provide commissioning to customers when compressor equipment is delivered.

-To provide operation instruction and equipment maintenance training to customers on-site.

2.Provide maintenance and repair service for customers

-Perform the day-to-day service operations and activities for compressor equipment.

-To contact with customers to identify difficult problems and provide total solutions.

-To initiate technical advice to customers to minimize equipment downtime.

-To reduce maintenance costs and to improve equipment performance & efficiency.

-To provide reports to Operation Manager in terms of summarizing technical issues, customer concerns and potential requirements for aftermarket products.

3.Co-ordination with sales, and technical team

-To coordinate with sales team to provide efficient after sales service to customers.

-To keep relationship with technical team to give feedback about product’s quality issues on site, and technical skill / method to resolve the complicated problem

Experience requirements

-More than 2 years experiences in compressor/ engine service and technical support or related equipment.
-Good command of experience in portable compressor or engine industry.

Knowledge

-Good computer skills including Microsoft series.

Educational requirements

-College graduated or above, majored in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent.

Personality requirements

-Strong interpersonal communication
