Key Responsibility

· Bank/cash payment process, executing the CNY payment and foreign currency payment.

· Bank/cash incoming process, create voucher for booking

· Bank account reconciliation

· Employee reimbursement process

· Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the expense booking

· Co-ordinate with external and internal auditors on the required information for the assigned responsibilities

· Ad hoc assignments

Main competence requirements

· Bachelor degree in accounting or economic area with 1+ years accounting experience in international company.

· ERP system experience. SAP experience is preferred

· Good communication skills in English and Chinese

· Team player
