Job Narrative:

- Provide assistance to regional Asset team in enquiry related to Purchase administration process and system
- Involve in new Oracle system implement project in Asia Pac to ensure the implementation is effective, understood and accepted while uncertainty and concern are minimized
- Review PO administration system periodically and initiate / develop business process improvement by most suitable project opportunities and available toolsets.
- Conduct training for internal customers for new process or system change to a level of understanding necessary to become comfortable enough with the use of the tools in their full time roles.

Job Holder Requirements:

- Diploma holder or above in Business Administration
- 4 years experience of order administration or customer services, 1-2 years’ experiences of process or project management is preferable
- Working experience in system analysis, such as Oracle ERP e-business suite implementation, or process re-engineering is an advantage
- Strong problem solving, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Pleasant, patient and can work under pressure
