Responsibility:
-Inventory Management
1.Review forecast for advance pipeline customers to trigger shipment
2.Advice inventory positioning at different hubs via BT, monitoring inventory level at different hubs
3.Suppliers' PO qty increase/decrease against customer forecast
4.Review new BOND qty and advise parts requiring better price
5.Respond on Product Management bi-weekly Bond SO report
6.Pull-in/Push out
7.Inform CS for VMI part shipment
8.Upload forecast to e-compass
9.Check CSD
10.Monitor and manage over inventory parts to minimize exposure
11.Monitor high risk parts and advise Product Management accordingly
12.Manage addition of new parts to be planned – ensure correct set-up etc

Requirements:

-Knowledge
·Must have a Diploma in Quantitative Business Analysis or its equivalent
·At least 3-5 years experience as a material planning in electronics component industry
·Working knowledge of MRP, production lead time & cycles
·Some formal training or relevant experience is required to perform the job effectively
