Responsibility:
1. Assistant to Quality Mgr. to manage Quality Dept.
2. Receive customer complaints and organize to implement quick corrective actions;
3. Regularly record, summarize and report all customer complaints;
4. Overall monitor company quality system and quality plans for all new projects.
5. Involved in new project in related area with quality thinking and create quality plan for related area new project;
6. Prepare customer PPAP documents;
7. Create control plan and inspection instruction;
8. Problem solving in line with company team;
9. Lead, coach and train the inspectors.

Requirements:

Must-Criteria
1. Bachelor degree or above in industry area;
2. At least 5 years quality work experience in automotive industry;
3. Speak English as working language;
4. Familiar with 5 core quality tools, VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5;
5. Familiar with TS 16949 standard.

Can-Criteria
1. With global company work experience;
2. Experience of a team leader.
