MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support design engineer in assessing customer test requirements
• Analyse the design, define verification tests and simulations, including reliability verification, support D-FMEA activities
• Perform test and simulation planning (timing and costs) for prototypes and series
• Develop test concepts and specifications
• Plan and design test equipment, coordinate production and approve test equipment, plan floor space
• Create control plan for prototypes, coordinate assembly and check prototypes accordingly
• Perform tests according to plan, document test results in test reports
• Evaluate test results against functional, quality and reliability requirements
• Support creation of series documentation (product specification, test instruction)
• Support analysis of claims
• Instruct supporting personnel

PROFILE:

• Bachelor/master degree in engineering related discipline
• 3-5 years vehicle/mechanical part testing experience
• Strong hands on skill
• Quick learning
• MS-office
• Data analysis
• RCCA
• Good communication skill
• Team player
• Local language & English
