SUMMARY

The Clinical & Applications Specialist, TEG is responsible for product and related knowledge training to channel partners and key customers,, troubleshooting, general support of sales development activities and collaboration with marketing and R.A. team, presenting technology promoting solutions capable to expand the field of applications within current regulatory approval, and obtaining optimal pricing approval and reimbursement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

l Provide training for sales, channel partners and customers within an approved training program.

l Assess technology and determine targeted application(s).

l Execute annual & quarterly action plans in building up brand image in targeted markets.

l Provide input and recommendation to marketing towards the definition and preparation of specifications for new product or process technology of competitors, and to discuss new specifications required by customers.

l Support marketing, including but not limited to key competitive products, and application usage.

l Follows Product Launch Plans, including demo systems, sales training and implementation etc.

l Works closely with registration team to insure regulatory compliance and support registration process.

l Comply with "Code of Conduct" and relevant local laws & regulations in all business transactions, lead by example with business partners.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

l University degree in medical science, clinical and laboratorial relevant.

l 3+ year medical experience in diagnostics with a successful track record of business growth

l Bachelor degree in clinical laboratory science and above 3 years clinical laboratory related working experience was preferred.

l Excellent co-ordination, communication, interpersonal skills

l Ability to motivate and influence people

l Combining a fair balance of hands on (action and result oriented), business maturity and strategic agility

l National managerial experience definitely is a plus

l Travel is required

l Prepares a variety of reports, as needed.
