销售经理 Sales Manager ：

Main responsibility is to manage key accounts as well as develop new clients through B2B sales. This is a growing company and future responsibilities include expanding sales team and regional sales.

Responsibilities 职位描述:
1. Achieve monthly individual target and be responsible for the team’s target. 带领团队获取销售目标。

2. Acquire large, multinationals accounts as well as exporting local companies and government organizations.
　接洽国内企业，大公司客户以及相关政府部门机构。
　
?3. Joint sales planning with international business and professional associations, channel partners based on mutually beneficial initiatives. 接洽国内外合作伙伴以建立互惠伙伴关系。
　
4. Provide monthly reports on sales activities, results and forecast. 提供销售报告，市场预测以及分析报告，以规划销售目标和方向。
　
5. Provide market feedback and accurate projection to management to optimize strategy and positioning of Company. 协助公司调整改进市场销售策略以及市场定位。


Requirements 职位要求

1. Good character with an attitude to learn and succeed. 能吃苦耐劳，坚持不懈。

2. Be a strategic thinker with a good understanding of credit management and outsourcing market. 对风险控制信用管理等有相关知识和经验。

3. Good knowledge in credit control and finance management, law knowledge preferable. 有财务、法律以及信用管理方面工作经验者优先。

4. 5 years B2B sales experience with a proven track record selling value-added services to banks, telcos or multinationals. 5年B2B销售工作经验。

5. Individual contributor with ability to work independently and take responsibility of own efforts. 能独立完成销售目标、积极进取。

6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with command of English language. 交流沟通能力较强，懂英语。
