职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
- In compliance with ISO standards and organizes the certification process
- Design, coordinate and direct ISO projects implementations
- Train key managers and employees on ISO principles and requirements
- Design and audit continuous improvements and processed to meet with ISO standards and better business needs
- Responsible for the management of quality control/ Assurance and laboratory activities
- Responsible for supervising quality control specialists in assigned area or unit
- Distributing test all performance of raw materials, semi-finished and products according to the requirement of COMPANY standard and Complete Material testing protocol
- Further interprets quality control requirements, and develops or recommends controlling standards and procedures
Requirement:
- University or College degree in chemistry / material / chemical engineering preferred
- 7 year working experience and have at least 3 years working experience in Quality Assurance / Lab Chemist/ Quality controlling in Chemical industry
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Fluent English communications both in written and spoken
- Be very familiar with PC application such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
- Experiences in organizing quality campaigns and delivering training
- Well ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 trained internal auditor preferred and EHS management working experience
- SAP experience is an advantage.
