Key Responsibilities & Tasks
·负责指定地区设备的销售工作并完成销售指标(山东省和山西省)。
Take charge of promotion and development of the business in the defined territory (Shandong and Shanxi Provinces) achieving sales target.
·寻找潜在客户和开发代理商。
Search potential customers and develop dealers.
·客户及代理商沟通与关系维护。
Maintain good communication and relationship with customers and dealers.
·制定和执行终端客户销售的计划。
Make and carry out End-customer Sales Plan for the defined customers.
·分析和提供及时有效的市场信息，包括产品定价，竞争对手市场活动和新产品等。
Continuously analyze and provide accurate data/info of the market and competitors for the defined territory, which includes but is not limited to pricing, marketing events, new products etc.
Experience & Qualifications
Education: 本科以上学历，机械工程或近似专业；工作经验突出者可接受大专学历。
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or relevant disciplines; Associate degree is acceptable to those who have outstanding working experience.
Language: 熟练掌握汉语普通话及具良好的英文读写能力，英语口语流利者优先。
Good command of Chinese Mandarin with good English skills in reading and writing. Fluent oral English is preferred.
·5年以上 (液压) 扎实的机械设备销售经验。
At least 5 years of traceable experiences in selling (hydraulic) equipment.
·良好的人际关系、沟通能力。
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and presentation skills.
·适应经常出差，实干并具有良好的承压性。
