REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE 需要的技能及经验

• Very fluent in English (both speaking and writing); strong translation ability with good understanding of technical jargons 英语非常熟练 （包括口译及笔译），良好的翻译能力并且可以翻译技术术语
• Very good writing capability, both in English and Chinese 良好的英语及中文写作能力
• Open positive attitude, target oriented, flexible and able to work with limited supervision 工作态度积极，目标明确，可以独立自主地完成工作
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills. 良好的人际交往能力与团队合作能力
• Computer literate in word and photograph editing programs.熟练使用文字及图像编辑软件
• ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressures. 能够同时处理多项工作，可以在时间紧迫的情况下完成工作
• Experience in relative industry 具有相关行业经验

volvo construction equipment technology (china) is located in high-tech zone of jinan, shandong. volvo construction equipment jinan tech center will focus on r&d of construction equipment and components for emerging markets. it will be the first volvo construction equipment tech center in china, and the first tech center in jinan established by a world top 500 enterprise. volvo construction equipment tech center in jinan will undoubtedly play an important role in volvo construction equipment’s global r&d network, pushing volvo construction equipment’s strategic development and upgrading in china.

one of the priorities for the tech center is to build a strong r&d team comprising both local and foreign talent to bring new products to market. it is planned that up to 200 engineers could be working here by the end of 2013. volvo construction equipment jinan tech center will receive full support from volvo headquarters, especially in technology, resources, and manpower.

    沃尔沃建筑设备技术（中国）有限公司坐落于山东省济南市东部的高新技术开发区。2011年10月18日，沃尔沃建筑设备济南研发中心奠基仪式在山东省济南市隆重举行。该中心致力于研究与开发适合新兴市场的整机、总成及零部件产品，是沃尔沃建筑设备中国地区目前唯一的产品与技术中心，也是济南首家世界500强企业设立的***研发中心。沃尔沃建筑设备济南研发中心将成为沃尔沃全球研发网络中的重要一环，推动沃尔沃建筑设备在华战略的发展与升级。
