Responsibilities 职责

1. Leadership of sales & marketing team at LSCNJ incl. employee training and development program.
2. Development and realization of aquise strategy for markets in China, Japan and Southeast Asia in cooperation with plant management, R&D and sales organization Japan for CV.
3. Development and improvement of internal sales & marketing organization.
4. Enlarge market share and develop new projects within China, Japan and SEA.
5. Coordination and optimization of sales and marketing processes at LSCNJ.
6. Coordination of sales and marketing activities/ strategies with our plant in Nanjing (pumps for commercial vehicle) in respect of system supply.
7. Responsible for turnover-/ sales plan (annual plan, regular update and rolling forecast) of LSCNJ and coordination of plan with sales organization in Japan.
8. Responsible for collection and analysis of data from the market regarding customers, products and competitor activates for the Asia region in cooperation with central organization in Germany.
9. Create contracts and examine customer documents in cooperation with legal departments and sales department from central organization.
10. Cooperate on strategical plan for China, Japan and Southeast Asia (Megatrends, future products and requirements etc.) with headquarter.
11. Maintain and improve/ enlarge relationship and network to customer in related region.
12. Cooperation/ lead of bench mark activities.
13. Close cooperation with departments inside of LSCNJ (Logistics, R&D etc.) to optimize internal processes.
14. Responsible as customer representative within the LSCNJ organization.

Qualifications and requirements 任职资格及要求

1. Technical degree with commercial qualification or degree in commercial field with add. Technical qualification.
2. Several years experience in automotive industry (preferred commercial vehicle) in similar position.
3. Leadership experience for several years.
4. Chinese nationality.
5. Excellent English skills (verbal & written).
6. Willing for extensive travelling.
7. Located in Jinan.
8. Resilient.
9. Team player.
