Description

Local Master Data Management function is responsible for the maintenance and gatekeeping of local master data throughout its lifecycle on behalf of local process owners. Standardized and high quality master data is critical to secure efficient execution and control of system transactions and business processes. The responsibilities of this position include:
Maintain (Create, update and delete) master data in SAP system, including related applications (APO, SNC, etc)
Carry out trouble shooting and 1st line support with regards to master data related issues and questions.
Drive improvements in master data area. Maintain Master Data competence network and cooperate with all related units to ensure Master Data performance.
Participate in ENC Master Data Maintenance process optimization and improvement activities.
Participate in project implementation. Provide support in various master data related projects
Carry out master data development activities to support master data maintenance with high quality and efficiency

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent.
Good interpersonal skills, independent and self-motivated, well structured with excellent logical & analytical skills.
Ability to be a good team player and encourage others to identify the most appropriate solutions toward a common goal.
Good knowledge and experience in Project Management.
A Minimum of 3 years working experience with SAP; Professional knowledge in SAP R/3 and supply chain processes is preferred
Good knowledge and experienced at program design in VBA, C, C++; good knowledge at database is preferred.
Specific skills (software/business): SAP R/3, Master Data, MS Office, VBA, English.
