Description

Define and set up SMA production lines for NPI&TPI as well as sustaining support with optimum solution to satisfy the production capacity requirement
To be involved in PRI group and project group, work with technical issues relating to existing products R-state upgrade and new products introduction.
Create work instructions and training descriptions for each type of assembly and operating job to guide them to work correctly and efficiently
Prepare documentations and reports such as factory layout, production flow chart, visiting report, proposal... etc. Standardize operation standard time
Be aware of latent problems in production and solve the problems that occur in the production area in an efficient and professional way, continuously improve the process to lower WIP and shorten manufacturing cycle time
Generate and maintain programs for running machines concerning the maximum yield and utilization of production time
Help to train staff involved with technical and assembly work.
Help production lines to build up multi-skill resource pool via certification
Track new manufacturing technologies and processes proactively, introduce and cultivate modern manufacturing concepts throughout ENC with everyday practice, training, and knowledge sharing
Supply production related Information Systems daily support to production lines and coordinate with IS maintenance resource to upgrade and troubleshoot
Perform the new product programming, such as SPI, AOI and AXI
Create tools and methodology to control SMA yield and continuous improvement.
Involved in failure analysis, provide products and SMA production knowledge to FRAG team to improve quality within supply chain
Evaluate and qualify new SMA equipments and setup new production line as well as improve productivity.

Qualifications

Holding university degree in relevant subjects (such as Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automation Engineering etc.)
Having fundamental knowledge and skill on management and cost accounting of product, process, productivity
2-3 years working experience in SMA manufacturing is preferred.
Good knowledge of Ericsson products and processes is preferred.
Excellent grasp of oral and written English
Can work independently and play positive role in a team, showing promising characters of creativeness, persuading ability
