Product Manager
Reports To: Vice President, Marketing
Major Responsibilities:
1. Develop product line strategies.
2. Provide product and market insight
3. Conduct market analyses; monitor market share and match features and benefits to ensure competitive sales approach.
4. Analyze competitor products
5. Manage product lifecycle for sustainable growth
6. Write technical bulletin, translate research data into product performance updates and technical bulletins.

Qualifications & Experience:
1. Ph.D. degree in vet medicine and good understanding of animal physiology and health.
2. A marketing mentality combined with marketing training and experience in the animal feed industry, food technology or agriculture.
3. More than 2 year Experiences in product management .
4. A high degree of personal motivation, a desire to make an immediate contribution and possess a distinct sense of urgency.
5. Demonstrated integrity and honesty all in all aspects of education and work experience.
6. An understanding of the products Kemin sells and the technology used in the micro-ingredient nutritional portion of the feed industry is preferred
7. Experience and ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with customers, peers and all levels of management.
8. Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
9. Outstanding English technical writing skills and good English oral skill.
