Profound understanding on SI (System Integration) business and customers' (include and exceed telecom operators) needs. Provide superior services on outstanding business value creation based on high usability technical solutions. Sensitive on add on sales opportunities. Responsible for customer requirements management and solutions providing utilizing Ericsson and 3rd party products. High handling competence on constant change of scope, leadership display with respect to Ericsson resources as well as third party suppliers and subcontractors. Regarding as activities center, agile hub of Ericsson Market Units, Business Support Teams as well as Technical and Marketing teams from customer.

IMPACT:

Improve customer satisfaction and enhance customer perception on system integration projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze complex customer requirements, propose technical and competence development solutions in new areas and domains, required to enhance customer's competitive position.

Specify and design a technical and/or competence developing solution in close co-operation with the customer. SI solution often leads to further development and improvement on customers' organization and processes.

Drive changes in methods, processes and guidelines within customer organization or internally. Also acts as a leader/mentor on day to day operations to provide insights for less experienced colleagues.

Drive Add on sales and business opportunities during the entire process in order to contribute to increased sales volumes.

Manage teams of less experienced Service Engineers in Customer Projects to ensure that they are delivered according to expectations and plans.

Follow up the delivered products and solutions on agreed regular basis with customer to keep informed about the life cycle evolvement of the implemented customer solutions.

Recognized as a leader in knowledge sharing/communities.

Working areas: Multimedia&Applications, BSS, OSS, IMS etc.

Qualifications

Education - Bachelor's degree in Telecom Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent

Rich Experience – 5-10 years working experience on telecom environment which 5 more years on solution architect/consultant position or equivalent.

Excellent communication skills, fluent English both on writing and oral presentation.

System Integration Development experience.

IT background with Telecom experience is preferred.
