Responsibilities 职责

1.Responsible for measurement tasks in measurement room both for process and incoming inspection, and identify the measurement methods.

负责检测间的测量工作，包含进厂检验和过程检验，以及检验方案的确定。

2.Complete MFU for new process machine and capability study, get release from Germany.

完成新机器的机器能力验收和机器能力研究，从德国方面获得机器的验收报告。

3.Complete PPAP for products made in China by corporating with SQE.

协同SQE对国产化的产品进行PPAP的验收和处理。

4.Assist in management and preparation of gauges both for machining and assembly line.

对量具进行管理和配备包括机加工和装配线。

5.Training the new employee of measurement machines and tasks.

对新员工就测量设备和测量工作进行培训。

6.Communicate with supplier to make an agreement on measurement method.

与供应商进行测量方法的沟通和统一。

7.Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.

上级交办的其他事项。

Qualifications & Requirements 任职资格及要求

Education学历

Technical College or above, mechanical or measurement related major.

大专以上学历，机械或测量相关专业。

Skills技能

Good skill for measurement method.

熟悉各种测量方法。

Make measurement method according to drawings.

根据图纸要求设计测量方法。

Reading ability of English drawing.

能读懂英文图纸。

Knowledge and technologies of steering gear production is preferred.

熟悉转向机生产技术和知识更佳。

Experience工作经验

At least 2 years work experience in quality management and measurement in automobile manufacturing industry.

两年以上汽车制造业质量管理和测量工作经验。

Other其它
