Major Responsibilities:

· Engineering Documentation Manage design release work.

· Complete engineering documentation, including DFMEA, DVP, and DFA

· Support BOM and documentation release work for customer

· Work with customer and Hendrickson to develop and implement value-added and value engineering projects

· Participate in periodic meetings at Hendrickson locations in order to be fully integrated with Hendrickson engineering design teams

· Effectively track projects to maintain and follow up on engineering projects and issues.

· Support pre-series at various customer plants and drive improvements in design and documentation to customer headquarters offices

· Conduct design studies for suspensions (front, rear, other) including articulation and brakes



Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is a requirement.

· Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

· Excellent English (written and spoken) - TOFEL 750 score or equivalent

· Minimum of four years' experience with truck suspension design or service, preferably at Hendrickson, another suspension manufacturer, or a truck OEM

· CATIA V5 or equivalent expertise or ability to learn these tools quickly is required

· Strong problem solving skills, including ability to drive to resolution

· Ability to relocate within China and travel regularly.

· Excellent project management skills

· High potential individual who is willing to relocate for next assignment.
