Our client is a famous US owned enterprise in automobile parts industry.

Major Responsibilities:

1.Create market analyses for key Chinese Trailer market

·Refine / Develop a complete detailed summary of regional trailer market

·Identify key success factors (i.e. market needs for product, distribution and service and price) for each marke t studied

2.Develop and direct competitive market intelligence campaigns; establish significant source information for clos ely monitoring market and competitor activities and create attack plans for the Chinese trailer market.

3.Making annual sales and business development plan

4.Develop targeted customer base to penetrate and expand bsuiness

5.Responsible for sales forecast

6.Support to make trailer products business development strategy plan

7.Executing business development strategies to achieve sales objectives.

8.Manage the analysis of regional market surveys to identify opportunities and risks, and improvement needs.

9.Monitor sales trends and activities for all Chinese trailer markets and segments.

10.Coordinate resource to support sales and business development through OEM pushing and end user pulling

11.Actively push to have money collection timely

Qualifications:

·5-8 years of Trailer Industrial business development, or related working background in the area;

·Bachelor's Degree in automotive engineering or related majors;

·Strategic understanding of the international and Chinese trailer OEMs and markets

·Cross-cultural experience & multi-cultural sensitivity

·Competence on Mandarin and good English as essential

·Computer skills

·Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

·Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills

·Self motivated with good organization and planning skills

·Excellent people skills and ability to develop good working relationships with a broad spectrum of customers, d istributors, sales group, staff, etc.

·Basic mechanical/technical aptitude

·Willing to travel up to 60% of working time
