GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
In this position the Financial Manager,reporting to Controller, China, will be responsible for the integrity and accuracy of financial records covering China

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
-Responsible for the regional accounting and finance reporting process. Coordinate with Sales, Production and Warehousing on all finance matters.
-Assist Controller and BU leaders in inventory management, control, valuation and reporting by working closely with Warehouse and/or Production Control teams.
-Prepare costing and manufacturing operation analysis assisting the company’s organization focus on profitability.
-Implement accounting and reporting policy and procedures from Headquarter and working closely with Controller and Team Leaders enhance and improve operation and financial control.
-Prepare and/or assist completion of quarterly Financial Review Template
-Provide data and assist preparation of quarterly Forecast, Plan and Manufacturing Scorecard schedules.
-Other ad hoc duty, task and project as assigned from time to time.

- RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance
- 7+ years experience in GL accounting in a multinational manufacturing environment
- Strong plant accounting background, hardworking and high level of commitment to deliver
- Good team player and communication skill
- Good knowledge and experience in manufacturing or capital intensive industries, experience in costing and management reporting
- High level MS Excel skill and good understanding of ERP or SAP systems
- Good written and spoken English
