• Responsible for sustainable profitable growth of business in regions of Hubei, Hunan, Sichuan, Guangdong, Guangxi by achieving the sales target of all Elkem REF products.
• Lead sales activities of responsible regions, increase share of existing customers, develop new customers, optimize sales channels.
• Understanding customer’s strategy and challenges and turn those into business opportunities. Understand customer’s needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Learn and introduce new product to customer.
• Report new industry trend, new business opportunities.
• Organize regional REF tech seminar. Participate in industry conference/seminar/exhibitions to find new customer/new business opportunities.
• Strengthen Elkem’s market leading position. Conduct market analysis of responsible regions. Good understanding of competitors’ information.
• Participate in and contribute the development of business strategy.
• Support regional inventory management, and on time delivery to customer. Support quality control.
• Make sales forecast. Manage account receivable and collect overdue payment.
• Practice Elkem Business System and Elkem Culture.
• Use salesforce system, and write visit report.
• Coordinating the local researching program

Requirements & Qualifications要求与资质

• Background: Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree is plus), Major in refractory or material related, at least three years working experience and good tech knowledge in the refractory. Production or technical experience in monolithic ref, unshaped ref, ceramics is plus.
• Skills (Language/Computer): Can communicate in English/ Good at office software: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
• Personalities: Excellent communication, customer-oriented, eager to learn persistent, independent, systematic, outgoing, team player, okay with 50~70% time business travel in responsible regions.
• Location: Hubei
