岗位职责：
? 阅读和处理复杂零件图纸和3D CAD模型
? 根据批准的安全工作程序建立和操作CNC精密机床
? 加工零件达到严格公差，确保符合规格
? 创建零件高效制造所需的夹具和固定装置
? 利用各种精密计量设备检查和记录零件质量，利用Microsoft应用程序完成工单和相关文档
? 通过精益原则促进运营的持续改进，确定根本原因分析/故障排除和质量问题解决
? 创建、故障排除和优化CNC程序和流程
? 为现有和新机器创建和实施新的工作流程/程序，以提高生产率
? 为其他团队成员提供领导、支持、指导和培训。根据需要提供指导和委派任务

岗位要求：
? 6年以上数控加工经验；有使用手工工具和量具的工作经验
? 检验经验；CMM操作经验；有车削、铣削、磨削加工中心的工作经验
? 能够解释和阅读复杂的CAD图纸，并具备在CAD模型中获取必要的信息和发现错误的能力
? 能够解决机器上出现的数学和几何问题
? 有良好的团队合作精神，具有出色的口头和书面沟通能力
? Microsoft应用经验
? 必须能够独立举起至少10公斤重量
