Responsibility:
Provide primary support for Price File upload and maintenance
Process all errors associated with price file upload
Provide primary support for manual item creation/update and attribute change requests
Create, edit, update and load PCN data
Maintain Item Attributes associated with Global status

Knowledge:
Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Statistics, Math or any related field
2 year working experience

Skills:
Strong analytical skills
Highly proficient PC skills, with basic knowledge of programming languages
Possess problem-solving skills
Strong customer service skills
Good written and spoken communication skills (English and country-specific language), including business writing
Time management skills, including priority setting
