职位描述
Comprehensively responsible for the production management, maintenance and facility management works;
全面负责生产管理和设备设施的管理工作；
1、Be responsible for the production people management and training, making and pushing the working plan to ensure the department goals achievements;
负责生产人员的管理和培训，制定并推行工作计划，确保部门目标完成；
2、 In charge of the safety management of the production, supervising and implementing safety inspection of production department under the rules requirement of the company.;
在公司制度的框架下，负责部门安全管理事务，监督现场安全检查相关制度 实施
3、 Be responsible for making and implementing the production, equipment maintenance inspection of production department under the rules requirement of the company.
在公司制度的框架下，负责监督生产、设备相关制度并监督实施;
4、 Rationally arrange the working time, to balance the electricity usage, energy saving, to decrease the overhead and production costs;
合理安排生产作业时间，平衡用电、节约能源、节约产品制造费用、降低生产成本;
5、 Be responsible for managing the equipment maintenance/ plant facility to ensure its effective running;
负责设备/设施维修维护管理，确保设备有效运行；
6、To understand 16949/14001 envrionmental system, have the awareness of saving and environmental protection. To comply with safety management requirements when you enter the factory(workshop or warehouse)
了解16949及14001管理体系。具备节约和环境保护意识。
7、 Complete other tasks assigned by general manager;
完成总经理交办的其它工作;

The facility covers more than 60,000 square meters, and construction capacity is more than 35,000 square meters. We continuously introduced the advanced equipments respectively U.S.A. Italy and other ries. Our products will covered in high-quality Oil filters, Fuel filters, Air filters and others, to satisfy increasingly Road and OFF-Road cars demands.

WIX and FILTRON Brand will be kept by MANN+HUMMEL and the subsidiary Longkou Wix Filtration CO.,LTD has officially changed the name to Longkou MANN+HUMMEL Filtration CO.,LTD, which is belong to the subsidiary of MANN+HUMMEL Group.
