Principal Accountabilities 该职位的主要责任:

1. Develop and valiate suppliers' special finishing capabilities to meet the needs for quality, timeline and cost targets

2. Support internal manufacturing/operations via investigation, analysis and obtaining supplier correct actions and improve purchased products' finishing issues.

3. Manage validation project and report progress to related stakeholders at both Delta China and US.

4. Provide problem solving supports related to finishing at both internal and suppliers.

5. Monitor/maintain and continuely improve finishing processes at suppliers.

6. Participate to obtain and update finishing strategy.

7. Provide finishing technical training.

8. Continuely improve internal business process.

Key Qualifications 关键任职资格（必不可少的招聘录用条件）：

1. Bachelor degress of mechincal or chemistry specialty.

2. 5years finishing related experience including plating, PVD and organic coating. Familiar with finishing processes and system.

3. Be good at English reading, listening, speaking and writing.

4. Practical team communication, project managerment skills. Knowledge of structured problem solving skill and tools.

5. MS Office is preferred.

6. For the less qualification candidate but with good potential, could be considered as the Assisant Finish Engineer
