Summary:

The main purpose of the position is to define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling. Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts and deal with existing business challenges.

What You'll Be Doing  主要职责

·         Interact with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.

·         在技术和工程环境中层面与供应商和客户互动

·         Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.

·         了解电子行业的定价程序和模型

·         Develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, sell and market full set of Arrow offerings incorporating in-depth knowledge of Arrow’s key supplier lines.

·         为指定客户制定战略计划，销售和推广全套Arrow产品，深入了解Arrow关键供应商产品线

·         Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews, presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service.

·         准备全面的内部季度业务报告，提出战略计划和实施步骤，以增加销售、创造需求和改善客户服务。

·         Promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow.

·         推广和销售Arrow提供的增值服务，供应链服务及全生命周期项目

·         Ensure customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services.

·         确保与供应链管理和其他增值服务相关的客户满意度

·         Creating demand for Arrow products and services

What We Are Looking For 要求 

·         Bachelor’s degree, major Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent preferred

·         本科及以上学历，电子工程，计算机相关专业优先

·         1 - 5 years sales experience from the electronic components industry or similar Industry

·         1-5年电子元器件或相关领域销售经验

·         Solid understanding of product cycle and manufacturing procedures of customer

·         了解产品周期及客户的工艺流程
