Job Summary

You are responsible for Ericsson 5G base station radio hardware design, which includes transmission, receiving, clock and radio synthesizer function, you are responsible for the entire radio base station development flow, from HW architecture definition, frequency planning, link-budget, new comp. evaluation and implementation, till whole radio system realization, besides, you are responsible for radio board integration, verification and performance tuning, finally you need to initiate all design documents like design specification, verification specification, and verification reports, support new product introduction in manufactory and trouble-shooting customer hot issue in field are other essential tasks for you

Responsibilities

· Radio hardware design for 5G base station

· Design and verify/optimize radio function Tx, Rx, LTU, LO performance

· Trouble shooting and support system level integration and verification

· Driving new technology implementation on Ericsson radio product

· Driving product quality continuously improvement

· Driving cross function activities to ensure product delivery on time

· Working within a team to achieve challenging goal and reach full potential

Qualification & Requirements

· M.S.E.E or above

· >=5 year experiences with proven leadership skills

· Excellent knowledge on passive/active circuit design, familiar with radio technology

· Good knowledge on Data converter (ADC/DAC) technology

· Good experience with analog/digital Mixed ASIC (transceiver) integration/implementation

· Excellent in using RF software for simulations, such as ADS, HFSS, Microwave office etc.

· Deep understand of radio test environment and its principle, SG, SA, NSA etc

· Excellent knowledge in high speed signal design, i.e. JESD204B/C

· Excellent knowledge in signal processing of wireless communication system

· Deep understanding of some key radio components material, process, reliability etc.

· Self-motivated, teamwork, and good communication skills (both English and Chinese)

· Proven experience on mass production is prefer

· Proven experience as team leader is prefer
