Responsibility：

- Responsible for engineering task arrangement, following the plan and schedule;

- Make technical and equipment management system, to ensure that the system and all equipments match to technical regulations and safety standards;

- Check and controlling maintenance of equipment according to plan of equipment maintenance, keep records for the machinery and maintenance;

- Organize and supervising the engineering team to solve the unexpected malfunction and medium and big maintenance;

- Give supporting and advice to spare parts management and purchase, give purchase plan, make sure the spare parts preparation;

- Lead, train and develop the engineering team to meet company‘s need;

- Collect technical and maintenance documentation for Equipment and machinery;

- Understanding the development of machinery, , raise constructive opinion on equipment upgrade and innovation;

- Charge the equipment modification such as design, budget, spare parts processing;

Undertake other tasks assigned by Operation Manager.

Requirement：

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Technical or relevant.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position;
Minimum 3 years of managerial experience;
Working experience in food and beverage or manufacture company;
Preferable experience from an international environment.
