About the role:

• To act as a focal point for space planning activities and supporting client's projects at an operational level in order to achieve optimum space utilization by understanding their space requirements and business needs.

  What this job involves:

• To be responsible for providing on-site space planning and utilization service to our client.

• Ensure all space management and databases are accurate and current.

• Provide space planning support including space utilization data entry and analysis, space allocation, etc.

• Space data collection, validation (size, room name, ownership, functional use category), database uploading, reporting, and database quality checks on regular basis.

• Cooperate with strategy team to provide corresponding data and inputs for them to the strategic planning process with Clients, such as business requirements, forecasts, current BIS, etc.

• Report out space related information in the format and frequency as agreed upon with Client.

• Respond promptly to Client inquiries for space availability.

• Obey the temporary working arrangement from the ROC Sr.FM.

  Sound like you? To apply you will have:

• University Degree

• Knowledge of office space management & office fit-out projects.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Good English communications skills (written and verbal) in both.

• Good Computer Skills & knowledge, CAD is not mandatory but will be a preference.

• Over 2 year’s practical experience in Space Management.
