? Collect and reconcile the data from operation department 

? Ensure the daily report, weekly report and monthly report is submitted on time 

? Data entry in finance software, guidance on invoice issue and assist on monthly closing 

? Monitor the collection under the agreements with partner. 

? Contact partner for accounts issue, search confirmation under the request by manager. 

? Track on the balance with partner. Update the outstanding to notice management team.

 ? Ensure the compliance related internal control and finance.  

? Review and analysis company revenue 

? Ensure the compliance related finance. Assist interanl and external auditors for various audits. 

? Accounting issue of branch office 

? Carry out any other duties as assigned by the finance manager       

1. College degree or above 1-4 years of financial experience (in a company with significant international operations is plus)

2. Familiar with PRC GAAP and ERP Software 

3. Accounting certificate  

4. Good Communication Skills, team player and can work under   pressure
