What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for the Analog Devices new products introduction and technical training to sales;
• Responsible for the technical support for RichardsonRFPD South China customers;
• Partner with the sales team by providing technical support and consulting to promote design wins, maximized margins, and market share.
• Develop relationships with customer engineers and engineering management; as well as supplier reps. Advocate design win priorities, initiatives, and promotions by obtaining buy-in and support from sales.
• Frequent travel is required.
• Strong self-learning ability is required.

What We Are Looking For

• BS/MS Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Be familiar with ADI analog devices products and has 2 years plus R&D experience on those devices.
• Be familiar with the analog/digit hardware, and understand the RF circuits (the small signal);
• 3 plus years work experience within communication or similar market.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skill sets to work efficiently in a Team-based and distributed work environment.
• Oral and written technical English skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel Applications.
