Accountabilities职责：

• Work with MTU Friedrichshafen technical department, to feedback and clarify supplier technical issues during sourcing period
• Working out criteria and planning for initial samples inspection.
• Support and work with MTU auditor for Chinese supplier audits, in accordance to current purchasing projects as well as regular reoccurring audits.
• Regular supplier Audit reporting, in SAP and to the relevant departments.
• Collaborate in supplier ratings and supplier approvals.
• Support supplier in defining action plans for non-conformities found during an audit.
• Monitoring of corrective actions and escalation to Head of Quality and Purchasing if required.
• Evaluate existing testing methods for possible improvements.
• Develop further the company′s processes for supplier audits in terms of continuous improvement.
• Enhance knowledge in general standards as well as internal standards in accordance with MTU and Cooltech standards.
• Monitoring and reporting of supplier KPI′s on audits performance.

 

 

Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求：

  ·         Graduated engineering study or equivalent with corresponding professional experience and commercial acumen   ·         Fluent Chinese and English language ability in spoken and written is a must and knowledge of German language is a plus

   ·            Experience in team management

   ·         Experience in strategic purchasing, quality and supply chain management

   ·         Experience in the identification and development of Supplier

   ·         Excellent contract negotiation skills combined with communication, intercultural, team player and leadership skills

    ·         Knowledge of standard business and contract terms

    ·         Knowledge of MTU – products spectrum and processes ( can be trained )

   ·         Experience in dealing with Windows programs as well as SAP

   ·         Willing to travel within China and international regions ~50%.

   ·         Proven record in sourcing of production material and indirect purchasing
