What You’ll Be Doing

• To prospect and expand business with new and existing customers/vendors in electronics component distribution industry.
• 在电子元器件分销领域，开发客户/供应商。收集客户信息。
• Focus on expanding and maintaining business relationships/market share with new and existing customers. Works persistently on RFQ, quotation, stock checking, and Customer Order signing.
• 建立和维护良好稳定的业务关系，及时准确传递产品信息，报价及库存查询，最终达成意向及合同签订。
• Be able to consistently explore and fulfill customer’s demand/request, identify opportunities to drive toward the strong result.
• 持续挖掘客户需求，完成销售任务。
• Work as one team. Cooperate and communicate with different departments to keep everything goes smoothly.
• 讲究团队合作精神，做好与各部门的协调和沟通工作，保持工作与各部门的顺畅衔接。

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor degree or above. Majoring in Electronics or Business & Marketing is preferred.
• 本科及以上学历。电子类或市场营销，经济类相关专业优先。
• 1-3 years working experience is preferred.
• 1-3年的工作经验为佳。
• Tele sales experience and new customer exploring experience will be an advantage.
• 有电话销售及新客户开发经验者优先。
• Good English ability in reading and writing is preferred.
• 较好英文能力优先。
• Aggressive sales personality in achieving qualified results and able to work under pressure.
• 具备销售潜质，能承受压力，结果导向型。
• Good at Communications. Quick learner. Skills of office software.
• 沟通能力，学习能力强，能够熟练使用办公软件。
• Hard-working and self-motivated. Team work spirit.
• 具吃苦精神且上进心强，有团队合作意识及敬业精神。
