Business Area Networks (BNEW) is responsible for Ericsson′s industry leading radio products and solutions and is the foundation for Ericsson’s technology leadership. BNEW is passionate about securing our ongoing market leadership in radio, taking a leadership position in 5G, and continuing to invest for balanced technology leadership within a highly competitive market.

STP & Network Infra is one of the sectors in DNEW Development Service and Infrastructure unit. The vision of this sector is to provide stable and cost-efficient Test Environment instantly, to gain the highest developer happiness. We do it through pro-activeness, i.e. proactive HW provisioning, build avoidance and high quality STP and Network solutions

You will

• Be responsible for leading a section, a service-minded organization capable of providing a world class test environment. This section is responsible for STP supply and support through a few ESTs (Engineering Service Team) in Beijing and Nanjing.
• Work closely with the Head of STP and NW Infra and all units therein, many units within DSI and DNEW, Service Area Networks and other stakeholders to ensure that the STP & Network delivery is always top notch.
• Be responsible for developing, managing and executing the section strategy in line with the DSI and SNI sector strategy. This also includes ensuring the overall competence, resource strategy, leadership and viability including partners.
• Be supporting the DNEW programs that will drive the e2e value delivered with the help of this unit.

• Supervise record in bringing structure to complex areas, simplifying the complex and securing alignment and delivery by collaborating across the organisation.
• Proven passion for the area of development infrastructure/development environment/production architecture.
• Service mind-set, where you are happy to be in the background enabling others to shine.
• Knowledge in digitalisation and a passion to create a fully digital delivery pipeline.
