FAE Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manages an assigned territory to achieve FAE targets, increase demand creation performance and meet AAP objectives

• Manages personnel activities of staff (i.e. hires, trains, coaches, appraises, rewards, motivates, disciplines, recommends termination as necessary, etc.)

• Educates FAE unit in terms of FAE tactics.

• Evaluates effectiveness of FAE Team; recommends necessary changes.

• Performs Demand creation activities on major accounts and mass market.

• Establishes Strong Engagement with Focus Suppliers, achieve Supplier KPI Scorecard

   

  What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor or above degree in Electrical Engineering

• Requires 7 or more years of experience in FAE in the electronic component or high technology sector with at least two years of experience in FAE management

• Excellent knowledge of Arrow’s products, services, technology and supply chain solutions

• Excellent Demand Creation skills

• Effective people management skills

• Excellent time management

• Excellent communication skills, including English & country-specific language

• Proven decision making skills

• Strong human relations

• Excellent presentation & organization skills
