Service Engineer – (Machine)

售后服务工程师-注塑机主机
地点：北京、天津、沈阳、杭州、深圳、重庆

General Job Description:
Provide technical support to Customers and Field Service Engineers.

工作描述：

-为客户及服务工程师提供技术支持

Key Responsibilities/Areas of Accountability:
-Assist customers in diagnosing, identifying and correcting malfunctions on Husky machines.
-Travel to customer site to support Field Service Engineer if necessary, traveling time is about 20%.
-Feedback equipment quality issue to factory, with proper troubleshooting details.

主要职责：

-协助客户诊断、识别以及修正注塑机故障

-至客户工作点进行技术支持

-详细反馈设备处理细节并向工厂反馈设备质量

Qualifications:
-Good troubleshooting skills.
-Good knowledge of injection molding machine technology and related mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components.
-Ability to do mechanical, electrical or hydraulic assembly.
-Good oral and written English.
-Bachelor's degree, major in electrical or mechanical engineering.
-3 to 5 years' experience of relevant industrial experience

资质：

-具备良好的解决问题能力

-熟悉注塑机原理并具备相应的机械、电学、液压等知识

-能够进行机械、电器或者液压装备技能

-良好的英语口语和书写能力

-主修电学或者机械工程专业并获得学士学位

-3-5年相关行业经验
