Job Scope:

1. Assist immediate superior in planning and administration of reviews.
2. Assist team leader in preliminary work.
3. Review and carry out tests based on review programmes to assess effectiveness of the client's internal control systems.
4. Establish facts and carry out adequate testing on source documents and procedures by referring to all relevant standards, policies, procedures, instructions and other guidelines which are relevant to the review.
5. Identify causes of lapses and weakness in business process by investigating and analyzing possible solutions or avenues for improvement.
6. Assist team leader in entrance and exit meetings for management acceptance on review scope and review recommendations.
7. Maintain proper working papers and ensure adequate documentation to support review work, including usage of TeamMate.
8. Assist in drafting the audit report for team leader's review as well as carrying out any other work assignment requested by superiors.
9. Document time and expenses for the review.
10. Conduct special investigation and other assignments, as and when necessary.


Job Requirement:

·Fresh Graduates or graduates with about 3 years related experience.
·Station in Qingdao but will need frequent travelling .

·Flexible in job postings and willing to acquire new skills and new applications
·Dedicated, result-orientated and positive attitude, ability to work under pressure
·Good interviewing and communication skills
·Able to work independently, multi-task, be meticulous, highly motivated and a team player
·Relevant tertiary education (minimum Bachelor's Degree) in any discipline preferably in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field. Professional qualifications or a Masters Degree would be an added advantage.
·Professional qualification in Port Management, Mechanical Engineering or related areas.
Excellent English report writing skill and able to communicate in English, Putonghua
·2-3 years working in multinational corporations with Port Management or Mechanical Engineering experience.
·Auditing and Finance experience is preferable but not a prerequisite. Operational experience is more preferable.
