Responsibilities 工作职责:
Assist to establish the company Quality Management System to achieve the standard of ISO/TS16949.
协助建立公司质量管理体系，以满足ISO/TS16949的要求。
Implementation and daily maintenance of Quality Management System.
质量管理体系的实施和日常维护。
Responsible for internal process audit and product audit, as well as following up open points, to ensure quality control system was implemented effectively.
负责公司内部质量过程审核和产品审核，以及整改措施的跟踪验证，保证质量控制体系的有效实施。
Conduct external audits from customer and other parties, as well as following up open points.
组织客户审核及其他外部审核，以及整改措施的跟踪验证。
Discover and improve production and management insufficiency in the operation process.
发现并改进生产及管理过程中的不足之处。
Collect, analyze and report the quality control data, urge relative departments to improve the production quality.
收集和分析质量控制数据并报告，督促相关部门提高生产质量。
Take charge of dealing with customer’s complaint in 0-km failure and report.
处理客户的零公里抱怨并报告。
Other relevant tasks arranged by leader.
上级交办的的其他工作。

Qualification required任职资格要求:
Education学历
- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanics related major.
机械相关专业，本科或以上学历。
Skills技能
- Knowledge and good understanding of ISO/TS16949 or VDA 6.1 Quality System, knowledge in steering gears production is preferred.
熟悉ISO/TS16949或VDA6.1体系，了解转向系统生产知识更佳。
- Good English or German communication skills both in oral and written.
良好的英语或德语书面和口语沟通能力。
Experience工作经验
- Minimum 2 years quality management work experience in automobile industry, work experience in machining is preferred.
两年以上汽车行业质量管理工作经验，机械加工工作经验更佳。
