工作内容：

1、 定期回访网站客户，了解客户需求，解答客户对网站产品的疑问。

2、 协同销售拜访网站招聘客户，协助完成网站产品的售卖。

3、 对客户及销售人员进行网站产品的培训。

4、 处理网站产品的客户投诉及咨询。

5、 协助经理，根据网站市场的变化，制定网站产品的调整，并提供相关的数据分析。

6、 完成上级安排的其他工作。

其他要求：

1、计算机相关专业本科以上学历。

2、一年以上互联网、计算机软件行业相关工作经验。

3、有较强的服务意识、进取心和求知欲强烈，善于学习和运用新知识。

4、有良好的敬业精神、团队协作意识和良好的沟通表达能力。
